Description

Description: Humor, sensitivity and imagination sparkle in “Lost in Words,” the story of 15-year-old Sylvia, a Spanish-speaker who relocates from Mexico to California and struggles to negotiate a new school, language and culture. Jim Knable, a former winner of our annual California Young Playwrights Contest and now a professional playwright, wrote the script and songs. The play is performed by professional actors in English with some Spanish interspersed. A talk-bask with the audience is also available at no additional cost. Requirements: Auditorium, Gym, Cafeteria, or multipurpose room
